Terms of Service

1. Booking & Room Occupancy Acknowledgments

• Room Configurations:
  • Double Rooms: By selecting a Double room, you acknowledge and confirm that the room configuration includes standard bedding appropriate for two guests. Confirmation of this understanding is required for all bookings.
  • Triple Rooms: Triple occupancy rooms typically consist of two standard twin (or double) beds plus one extra temporary cot/rollaway bed.
  • Quad Rooms: Quad occupancy rooms typically consist of two standard twin (or double) beds plus two extra temporary cots/rollaway beds.

2. Travel Documentation & Passports

• Passport Validity: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your scheduled date of return to your home country.
• Visas & Permits: Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, entry permits, transit visas, and health certificates required by the destinations visited.
• Denial of Entry: Al Habib Travels is not liable for any financial losses, delays, or booking cancellations caused by expired documentation, denied boarding, or refusal of entry by immigration authorities.

3. Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds

• All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation and refund policies of the respective travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
• Service fees charged by Al Habib Travels are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Al Habib Travels acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport companies). We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by supplier default or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
